RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Flomazin, a Florida-based lifestyle apparel brand. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of purchase. All sales final for Merch Partner Merchandise

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@flomazin.com. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return/exchange in your email.

Please note the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

• Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return or exchange to ensure its safe arrival to our warehouse.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@flomazin.com so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment method.

Exchanges will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. If the item you requested for exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item instead.
